Booking Policies
Deposits
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required the first time you book an appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. After your first appointment, no deposit is required for future bookings unless otherwise stated.
Payments
The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. I accept card, Zelle, or cash. I also accept Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm for flexible payment options.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so the time can be offered to another client. If an emergency occurs, please reach out as soon as possible.
Late Policy
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled.
No-Call / No-Show
Clients who do not show up and do not contact me will be considered a no-call/no-show. The full balance of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
Starter Loc Hair Preparation
Please arrive with your hair free of heavy oils, excessive product buildup, and accessories unless otherwise instructed. This helps ensure the best results and keeps appointments running on time. Additional fees may apply if excessive detangling or cleaning is required.
Extra Guests
To maintain a comfortable and professional environment, no extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced or prior arrangements have been made.
Service Adjustments
Final pricing may vary depending on the length, size, density, and condition of the hair. Any necessary adjustments will always be discussed before the service begins.
